APPLICATION SCENERY
Plastics
Due to the good dispersibility of nano calcium carbonate, it can effectively remove voids and bubbles in plastic, allowing the plastic to contract more evenly and improving its mechanical properties and thermal stability.
The experiment also proved that the addition of nano calcium carbonate can effectively improve the aging resistance of PVC film materials.
Rubber
The use of nano calcium carbonate in rubber can improve the toughness, tensile elongation, and resistance of rubber products.
Through testing, it was found that the addition of nano calcium carbonate improved the tensile strength and quantitative tensile stress of natural rubber.
Paint coating
The film-forming substrates, fillers, and other additives in coatings contain many reaction sites, which interact with the reaction sites on the surface of nano calcium carbonate particles, forming a stable and dense bonding layer, enhancing the coating performance of the coating.
Adhesives&Sealant
As the filler and reinforcing agent of silicone sealant, nano calcium carbonate can greatly reduce the cost of products, improve the processing performance of products, and greatly improve the tensile strength, tear strength and other mechanical properties of the adhesive.
