Matte powder coating
Coated Matt Compound filler is a new type of composite material developed specifically for powder coatings. This filler has several advantages like as below:
- Better gloss : 10%-20% lower than normal barium sulfate, can be up to 40% without adding matting agent.
- Large adding ratio : Strong compatibility with resin, the maximum adding ratio can be reach to 60%.
- Large spraying area : Compare with the other barium sulphate powder, the spraying area will be increased by 10% - 20%.
- Better dispersion : It can be evenly dispersed with resin and easy to extrude.
- Improve the product quality and reduce the cost for factory
