Product Description: 

Barium sulfate is produced in advanced chemical precipitation method, good physical properties, low mechanical impurity, even fineness; White powder or paste, non-toxic, insoluble in water, soluble in fuming sulphuric acid, stable chemical property; Can absorb X-ray, and endow the materials with high density and surface finish, therefore widely used in paints, printing ink, coatings, plastics, rubber, chips, friction plate, ceramics, glass, electronics, cosmetics, pharmacy and food etc.

White oblique side crystallization or white amorphous powder. 

Main Application: 
Powder of paint:In powder of paint,BaSO4 as a filler is better than other filling materials.Especially for the coating of chemical resistance.It is insolute in water,acid,alkali and organic solvent.It has an excellent gloss and high fitness of particle.It makes surface hardness is increased and color stability.
Plastic:It has an excellent hiding power,pigment mixture with it can be got bright colors.It has an outstanding mechanical characteristics and wear resistance.
Rubber:Increasing aging resistance and weather resistance,improving the surface finish and hardness.
Paint:In paint,it has an effect of increase wear resistance and file hardness.It has a high whiteness and dirt pickup resistance.Increasing coating solids when the specific gravity of BaSO4 is higher.
Ink:In ink industry,it has a low abrasiveness,high gloss,color stability and low condensation.It is suitable used for high quality of print ink.
