1. Product characteristics
G-60 series is a new product researched and developed by Guangdong XiMi New Material Technology of China. It uses high-efficiency nano photosensitizer, thermosensitive agent as the main raw materials, and through scientific and reasonable unique patent formula, it is made into excellent performance photo oxidative degradation masterbatch.
It is specially used in all kinds of PE and PP degradable plastics, such as disposable household products, packaging bags, shopping bags, kitchen garbage bags, table cloth, garbage bags and disposable environmental protection products, as well as all kinds of PE film, tape casting film and other injection molding, blowing film, sheet blistering, foaming products and other industries.
2. Product advantages
(1) Safety performance: the ingredients in masterbatch are non-toxic and non irritating.
(2) Degradation performance: polyethylene and polypropylene with g-60 can decompose free radicals under natural conditions, such as light, oxygen and other composting conditions, which makes the molecular weight of polymer decrease sharply, and the products become brittle rapidly and gradually decompose into small fragments and tiny powders, and finally decompose into small molecules such as water and carbon dioxide and organic compounds harmless to the environment.
(3) Processing performance: g-60 masterbatch has good plasticization, uniform particle size, high transparency after addition, and the addition amount is reasonably controlled according to the product requirements. The processing equipment is ordinary plastic processing equipment, and the processing technology remains unchanged. The addition of g-60 degradation masterbatch has little effect on the physical and mechanical properties of the products.
(4) Economic performance: g-60 is cheap and recommended by consumers in daily life, which can effectively reduce production costs and improve product added value.
(5) Environmental performance: add g-60 masterbatch made of degradable plastics, effective energy saving and emission reduction, reduce the pressure of environmental pollution.

Q: How can I get more information (Techinical Data Sheet / COA / MSDS) about the products?

Q: What's the MOQ?
A: We don't have MOQ. LCL or FCL order are welcome. But to save your unit transportation cost, we suggest FCL order. Normally, one 20 GP container can load 25 Ton.

Q: Which types of package are you using for the products?
A: We are using 25kg multi-layer paper bags and we are palletizing them as shrink-wrapped. But, we are able to use 500-1000 kg jumbo bags in case of any special requests.
Q: How many days can we receive the products in our destination port?
A: In general, we are able to make our shipments in 5 -15 days after getting the official order. And it can take about 7 - 30 days depending on the distance and transportation way to arrive to the final port. These days can show slight variations according to the season and products
