Kaolin Clay
Kaolin is a mixture of inorganic nonmetal, calcined kaolin is calcined kaolin in sintering furnace to a certain temperature and time, the physical and chemical properties which has a certain change, in order to meet certain requirements.
XM-CK30 is an anhydrous aluminium silicate produced by heating ultrafine natural kaolin to high temperatures in a
kiln. The calcination process increases whiteness and hardness, improves electrical properties, and alters the size
and shape of the kaolin particles.

KAOLIN APPLICANTS:
Ceramics, rubber, plastics, artificial leather, cement, refractory materials, chemical industry and
agriculture are not widely used.
Application:
Kaolin is a white or yellowish powder composed mainly of aluminum silicate. Kaolin has a wide range of applications in many different fields, including:
Ceramic industry: Kaolin is widely used in the manufacture of ceramics and porcelain as a filler to increase thickness and provide a smooth surface.
Paper industry: Kaolin is used as a filler for paper, which can improve the whiteness, smoothness and print quality of paper.
Coatings and coatings industry: Kaolin can be used as a filler for coatings and coatings to increase gloss, enhance adhesion and improve the fluidity of coatings.
Plastics and rubber industry: Kaolin is often used to enhance the strength, hardness and wear resistance of plastics and rubber materials.
Cosmetics and personal care products: Kaolin is commonly used as an oil absorbent and stabilizer in cosmetics and skin care products.
Pharmaceutical industry: Kaolin is often used as filler, stabilizer and lubricant in pharmaceutical preparations.
Refractory materials: Kaolin is used in the manufacture of refractory bricks, refractory coatings and refractory ceramics due to its high temperature and corrosion resistance.
