Performance

It is a kind of filler masterbatch which with calcium carbonate particle size less than 100nm. It is using plastic as a carrier and it is produced by adding a variety of additives. The characteristics are high transparency, high gloss, good dispersion,non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, stable strong, and especially good in the mechanical properties.
It can be processed on equipment used for polyethylene (LLDPE, LDPE and HDPE), ethylene copolymers and propene polymer (PP). It is not corrosive, however, in order to prevent any accident, it is recommended to purge the equipment before and after using. Suggest to replace (LLDPE, LDPE and HDPE), ethylene copolymers and propene polymer (PP) with masterbatch from 10% to 40%.
